The Cookery Studio at home French Macaron Kit is the perfect gift for any budding baker, baking enthusiast or a special treat for yourself! This bake at home macaron kit contains pre-measured dry ingredients, a sugar thermometer, piping bags, and food colouring to recreate macarons in the comfort of your own home. To flavour your buttercream, choose from sweet aromatic Bart vanilla or warming and floral Bart cardamom pinch pot! Each kit makes 48 sandwiched macarons which once baked can be frozen for up to one month allowing you to pace yourself with eating them!

Our kits are packaged in a sleek black box with tissue paper. We use compostable postal bags for shipping. This kit includes:
-Pre-weighed: icing sugar for shells, icing sugar for buttercream, ground ALMONDS, granulated sugar
-Bart vanilla or Bart ground cardamom pinch pot (worth £6.10/ £2.50)
-Sugar thermometer
-2x gel food colourings
-2x piping bags
-Cocktail sticks
- Parchment paper
-Step-by-step photo instructions
-Piping template.
All that is needed in addition to the above is unsalted butter, egg whites, mineral/tap water, equipment.
