French Macaron Kit

Our kits are packaged in a sleek black box with tissue paper. We use compostable postal bags for shipping. This kit includes:

-Pre-weighed: icing sugar for shells, icing sugar for buttercream, ground ALMONDS, granulated sugar

-Bart vanilla or Bart ground cardamom pinch pot (worth £6.10/ £2.50)

-Sugar thermometer

-2x gel food colourings

-2x piping bags

-Cocktail sticks

- Parchment paper

-Step-by-step photo instructions

-Piping template.

All that is needed in addition to the above is unsalted butter, egg whites, mineral/tap water, equipment.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KIT BEING MADE BY ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 17 YEAR DUE TO THE MAKING OF A SUGAR SYRUP.

Our kits are packaged in our cookery studio in the heart of Bath. We store and use the following allergens in our cookery experiences on site and therefore our kits MAY CONTAIN: EGG, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, MILK, SESAME, SOY, MUSTARD, CELERY, SULPHUR DIOXIDE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS.

Our kits are packaged to order and are therefore non-refundable unless damaged. Please email us within 48 hours of receipt if you have an issue with the kit, including an image to hello@thecookery-studio.co.uk and advising if you would like a refund or exchange. Postage for returns is not included in the purchase price. 

We hand pack and post our baking kits using recyclable or recycled packaging where possible and consider weight to reduce vehicle emissions during transportation. Orders will be posted within 3 workings days of the order being received. Please note our business days are Tuesday- Friday.

*Christmas delivery* Last postal dates for confident delivery is the Wednesday 17th December. We can post after this but cannot guarantee its arrival in time for Christmas Eve.

Kits can also be collected from our studio in Bath. Please email after purchasing to arrange a collection date and time. As the kits are made ready to order, please allow at least 2 working days before collecting the kit.
