The menu: Vegetable and herb summer rolls (Gỏi cuốn)  with nuoc cham – Pork Bánh mì

Level: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in East Asian cuisine and those looking to expand their recipe repertoire.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Introduction to Vietnamese flavours and cuisine, knife skills, vegetable preparation, shaping,  adapting recipes, pan frying, serving suggestions.

Suitable for: Meat eaters. If booking for a vegetarian or vegan diet, please contact us before booking. For any other special dietary requirements, please email before booking. A reasonable supplement may be applied.

Age suitability: 18 years +. Young people aged 14 years can attend with a full paying adult on a daytime workshop (ticket required for both attendees). Please advise of age at time of booking. Alternative equipment maybe provided for those 17 years or under.
