The menu: Vegetable and herb summer rolls (Gỏi cuốn)  with nuoc cham – Pork Bánh mì

Level: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in East Asian cuisine and those looking to expand their recipe repertoire.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Introduction to Vietnamese flavours and cuisine, knife skills, vegetable preparation, shaping,  adapting recipes, pan frying, serving suggestions.

Suitable for: Meat eaters. If booking for a vegetarian or vegan diet, please contact us before booking. Can be adapted for a low gluten diet (please note we hold and store gluten in our premises).
