Vegan Kitchen

Join us at the The Cookery Studio to cook up some deliciously vegan dishes in our Vegan Kitchen experience. Carmen of The Cooking Flea, renowned private chef in the South West, specialising in plant-based cuisine will be sharing her skills, knowledge and expertise of turning plants into delicious dishes!

The dishes: Korean Sticky Tofu served with sticky rice - Mung Bean Pancakes - Chocolate Mousse with sesame brittle

Level: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Asian cuisine and those looking to expand their recipe repertoire.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Basic knife skills, roasting, pan frying, stir frying, recipe adaptions, cooking eggs, pickling, presentation suggestions.

Suitable for: Vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians. We are unable to accomodate those with a sesame or soya allergy.

Age suitability: 18 years +. Young people aged 14 years can attend with a full paying adult on a daytime workshop (ticket required for both attendees).…
