Join us for The Art of Fermentation at The Cookery Studio! This experience will be taken by Louise Avery, founder of LA Brewery, AKA the Queen of everything fermented! Her passion and knowledge of fermented food and drinks will make this experience informative and one not to be missed!
The menu: Lemon & Dill Sauerkraut - Kombucha Primary & Secondary Fermentation. Tastings of kimchi, kraut, kombucha & fermented condiments.
