Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Kneading, pasta ingredients, hand shaped pasta, using a pasta machine, flavouring pasta.
Age suitability: 11 years - 17 years old. Please advise of age at time of booking.
What else you might want to know: 1 ticket covers one attendee. The use of the pasta machine is in pairs. Suitable for vegetarians. We are unable to adapt for a gluten-free diet.
