Street Food Kitchen Course

The Street Food Menu:

Week 1: Thai- Mah Hor (Sticky, spicy, salty pork on pineapple slices) - Pad Thai

Week 2: Vietnamese- Gỏi cuốn (Vegetable and herb summer rolls) with nuoc cham dipping sauce – Pork Bánh mì

Week 3: Chinese- Pork and ginger wor tip (dumplings)- Ginger and chilli dipping sauce – Sing Mai

Week 4: Mexican- Sikil Pak (Toasted pumpkin seed dip served with tortillas) - Tacos al pastor con todo (Pork tacos with everything!)

Level: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Asian and Mexican cuisine and those looking to expand their recipe repertoire.
