Wednesday 18th February- Week 1: Thai- Mah Hor (Sticky, spicy, salty pork on pineapple slices) - Pad Thai
Wednesday 25th February- Week 2: Vietnamese- Gỏi cuốn (Vegetable and herb summer rolls) with nuoc cham dipping sauce – Pork Bánh mì
Wednesday 4th March- Week 3: Chinese- Pork and ginger wor tip (dumplings)- Ginger and chilli dipping sauce – Sing Mai
Wednesday 11th March- Week 4: Mexican- Sikil Pak (Toasted pumpkin seed dip served with tortillas) - Tacos al pastor con todo (Pork tacos with everything!)
