The dishes: Sikil Pak (Mayan-style pumpkin seed dip) served with corn tortilla chips -Tacos al pastor con todo (pork tacos with everything- caramelised pineapple, yucatan-style pickled red onion, cheese, chillis and coriander).

Level: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Mexican cuisine and those looking to expand their recipe repertoire.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Using a tortilla press, using a pestle and mortar, basic knife skills, roasting, pan frying, stir frying, recipe adaptions, pickling, presentation suggestions.

Suitable for: Meat eaters. Suitable for those avoiding gluten in their diet (please note we store and handle cereals containing gluten). Please advise at time of booking.

Age suitability: 18 years +. Please advise of age at time of booking. Alternative equipment maybe provided for those 17 years or under.

What else you might want to know: 1 ticket covers one attendee. Dishes are cooked in pairs. Induction hobs will be used in this workshop.…
