Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Whisking egg whites, making a sugar syrup, making an Italian meringue, macaronage, croutage, adapting recipes, baking, piping, and storage.

Suitable for: Those avoiding gluten in their diet (please note we store and handle gluten-containing ingredients). For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking. A reasonable supplement may be applied for adaptations.
