Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Baking ingredients, rubbing in method, oven baking, adapting recipes, making a quick jam

Suitable for: Vegetarians. Cannot be adapted for an egg-free/ dairy-free/ gluten-free/ vegan diet

Age suitability: 18 years +. We can accommodate young people aged 14 years + attending with a full paying adult on a daytime workshop (2 tickets to be purchased). Please advise of age at time of booking. Alternative equipment maybe provided for those 17 years or under.

What else you might want to know: 1 ticket covers one attendee. Induction hobs will be used in this workshop. Scones are made independently, the jam is made in pairs. This is a dine-in workshop. Once your scones are baked, you will enjoy your scones along with a pot of clotted cream…
