About the event
The menu: Sing Mai (Singapore noodle) – Pork and ginger Wor Tip (AKA pot stickers/ dumplings) – Chilli and ginger dipping sauce
The Studio Side: Pan fried seasoned greens
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Shaping, basic knife skills, making a dipping sauce, steaming, pan frying, stir frying, recipe adaptions, presentation suggestions.
Suitable for: A dairy-free diet. Can be adapted to suit a vegetarian diet with notice (please advise of this in additional comments at time of booking). For any other special diets, please contact use before booking.
