Join us for a relaxing two hour workshop and be guided by our tutor on some key tips and techniques for decorating biscuits!

The menu: Royal iced biscuits

Level: Beginners. Those with an interest in learning decorative techniques using royal icing

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Piping, run out, feathering, making royal icing and the consistencies for different techniques, drying icing.

Suitable for: Biscuit eaters! We are not able to adapt the workshop for the following diets: egg-free/ dairy- free/ vegan/ gluten-free.

Age suitability: 18 years +. Young people aged 12 years can attend with a full paying adult on a daytime workshop (ticket required for both attendees). Please advise of age at time of booking. Alternative equipment maybe provided for those 17 years or under.
