Adult and Child Sushi (ticket for 2)

The menu: Nigiri – Maki roll – Uramaki roll - Ponzu dipping sauce

Level: Beginners.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Cooking rice, rolling and shaping sushi using bamboo mat, hand shaping sushi, adaptation suggestions, presentation suggestions, storage.

Age suitability: 6 years- 14 years + 1 adult. Some stages will require adult-only participation and equipment might be substituted for age suitability. Please advise of the age of the child attending.

What else you might want to know: You will work independently to shape the sushi. The rice will be ready-prepared in advance. This is a dine-in workshop.
