The menu: Nigiri – Maki roll – Uramaki roll – Ponzu dipping sauce
Level: Beginners.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Coooking rice, shaping, making a dip, adaptation suggestions, presentation suggestions, storage.
Suitable for: Vegetarians! For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Age suitability: 6 years +. Some stages will require adult-only participation.
What else you might want to know: One ticket admits 1x adult + 1x child. You will work independently to shape the sushi. The rice will be ready-prepared in advance. You will work in pairs to make the dipping sauce. This is a dine-in workshop.
