Adult and Child Dumplings (ticket for 2)

The menu: Pork and ginger wor tip - Ginger and soy dipping sauce

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Rolling, filling and shaping dumplings, frying and steaming dumplings, adaptation suggestions, presentation suggestions.

Suitable for: Meat eaters. This menu cannot be adapted for vegetarians, vegans, those following a gluten-free/ low gluten diet, those with a soya or sesame allergy. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Age suitability: 8 years- 14 years + 1 adult. Some stages will require adult-only participation and equipment might be substituted for age suitability. Please advise of the age of the child/ young person attending.

What else you might want to know: You will work independently to roll and shape your dumplings, you will work as a paid to fry and steam your dumplings. Induction hobs will be used. This is a dine-in experience.
